Reply To: threaded comments/comment replies not working?

I had thought that was just my browser. It updated and other things, off this site, changed with the update. I use Safari in private mode on an iPad for browsing HSN pretty exclusively.

I have been using a work around to respond directly, but that may only be available because I have some admin access as a moderator.
