I agree stuff like that shouldn’t be put on an open section, you could argue to add an adult section (like HVIDS has one). One of my favourite authors (back in the day – The Flattopper) always had some minors in his stories (non-sexual) and I found it disturbing, but it was accepted and I do like his stories.
