KeymasterHi all, I thought I’d start a thread for anyone to either report a bug with the site or suggest an improvement.
To start off with, I’ve fixed the sorting by date feature which hadn’t been working correctly for a long time.
Looking forward to making improvements!

ParticipantA (hopefully) small thing I’d like to see is to have the ‘story posting’ ‘commenting’ and ‘forum activity’ all linked, so that if I click on someone’s name anywhere on the site, I can see all of their activity.
I know the original behaviour was modified after a thread here, but I feel it would be even more useful if everything was linked together.

22nd January 2022 at 10:54 am #40679ParticipantAnother very minor irritation is that whenever I log in, I’m taken to the page showing my stories, where I would add or edit one. It would seem better to remain / return to the page I was on when I hit the log in button / link.

ModeratorF35H, I wonder if that’s a browser based issue, because that doesn’t happen to me. When I log in I go back to whatever I was at, I think. Like today I log in from the home page and went back to the homepage. Unless mine always takes me to the homepage and I hadn’t noticed.
Wait I’m going to log off and double check…

24th January 2022 at 9:25 am #40715ParticipantHmm. It’s clearly at least partly dependent on browser then. I’m using Firefox under Windows 10. It’s only a minor inconvenience, all I have to do is press ‘Back’ once or twice, but I thought I’d mention it.
14th April 2022 at 3:51 pm #42154KeymasterThis is now pretty much done. A user’s profile page now includes their list of stories and the author page now includes a link to their profile page.
This might need a bit of tweaking in the future but should make things a little easier to navigate.
