Literally every single story posted by this author (https://www.hairstorynetwork.com/author/baldiesonly/) on 08-10 is transparently ChatGPT. It’s comical how little effort was put into this spam.

I actually don’t think they are pure chatGPT, even though certain bits sound a little chatGPTish. The paragraph style is all over the place, but chatGPT provides really nice consistent paragraph breaks. The force level in some of them also is beyond what chatGPT typically allows.

They may be partially written, then heavily edited, that or people are just beginning to read enough chatGPT that it has begun to alter the way they write. Kind of like humans are picking up a tech accent.

I’m pretty torn on this… I, on one hand, don’t want to hamper upstart talent or even condemn AI writing as a tool at all – if assisted writing lowers the bar, that’s great! Hower, I feel like these stories are a form of quick click bait and are not properly marked as AI… aided?

I’ve recategorized very obviously purely AI written stories in the past, (I’ve also recategorized for things like stories that have violence but were under Consensual instead of Forced) but I only do it if it is completely beyond a reasonable doubt. HSNadim may be more relaxed and confident, since this is his site.

That’s not the case, I’m not sure where you’ve got that from. There’s certainly technical challenges to overcome to achieve this but it may well be worth limiting author’s to maybe between 2-5 stories posted per 24 hours as I know people get frustrated by Author’s “spamming”.

I myself can see both sides, if an author wants to get things out there on one day then why not.

I think what most people object to is the list on the front page being full of one author’s work. It might be a good solution to allow people to submit as many stories as they want but limit the list on the home page to 5 stories from a single author.

There’s plusses and minuses to all options.
