ParticipantThis story is plagiarised, copied from this story by a deviant artist https://www.deviantart.com/lphl91/art/Jessica-s-Visit-to-Candi-Land-607670498 and had very minor changes made to it. Hope action can be taken.

InactiveFizzy,
You know what I find particularly interesting … this is second such incident with two different contributors in the past week. And one of them is classified as being a ‘Trending Author’.
And on a similar subject … Waynebill has been banned from any future submissions, but all his past submissions remain in tact. Perhaps in honor of his memory.
Apparently … sometimes, justice really is blind.

ModeratorWhile it’s very obvious that one of those stories is a copy of the other, I’m more than just a little suspicious that the copying went the other way. JimB has been writing stories and posting them on various sites since the wild west days of the internet.
Trust in JimB aside, there are extra elements in the story you linked that feel like they were shoehorned into a narrative they don’t belong in.

ParticipantWhile it’s true there’s a chance of the opposite happening, I’m rather doubtful given that the story posted on DeviantArt was posted in 2016. Furthermore, the same author is on this site as well under the name HaircutLover91 , though they’ve only posted a few of their DeviantArt works here on this site. Also if you looked at both “versions”, JimB’s one seems to have a lot more erratic spaces/paragraphing as compared to the DeviantArt version which has more solid paragraphing. Just relaying how I see it.
Side note, big fan of your work Ginger Herten.

ParticipantI’m with FizzyC here, tbh.
Since Jim claims to have written the story in June 2021, as indicated right on top of this story, and LPHL’s story from deviantart is from 2016… There might as well be a sound explanation here, but that fact alone seems pretty daming to me. (On a minor note, the title “Jessi vist to Aunt Jan” isn’t even grammatically correct, opposed to the deviantart one.)
I don’t mean to throw shade onto JimB, who, as Ginger has rightfully pointed out, is a legend of the community at this time, but justice where justice is due. Just my 5 cents23rd June 2021 at 6:30 pm #35748ritschratsch
ParticipantIt looks like JB has been very prolific lately in the same paragraph-free style. Given that he has been around so long isn’t it possible that the original JB is become inactive and his handle has been hijacked?

ParticipantI’m noticing that JimB is reposting several stories, too. For example, “Jenny Gets Shaved,” posted just a few days ago, is identical to “Jenny Gets *It* Shaved” from August 2018.

ParticipantOK I have been around as long or longer then JimB has. So I guess that makes me a caveman, lol. I have known his writing from the old days when you had to be careful about who you really were and that you had a fetish. I feel that “ritschratsch” has hit it right and judging from what I am seeing, what I know and things I have found I believe that the real JimB has retired from the game. It appeared he retired about 2010-12. This fake JimB has stolen a number of stories from other writers including the real JimB. But, here is something that I have found that there is a story that JimB write back in the dark ages and I mean dark ages. I have not seen it posted anywhere except for this one place were it was first published. Also another story that fake JimB has posted was posted almost 25 years ago A Rainy Saturday. Please feel free to contact me if you wish. Like I said I have been around since caveman days, LOL!
