ModeratorThis can be both a huge disappointment and a great experience. You are either disappointed because the story was so cool in your imagination and the script author / director messed it up, or you are having the same experience when you first red a book and then watched a great film adaption.

ModeratorYou read my mind. I am a visual person & I would very much love to see many of these. I envision my particular series as a set of short videos unfolding over time, with new episodes depicting each new chapter.
I think in this case & for many others, you would need commitment from the actors playing the part & pool from those willing to be involved. Acting skill would be secondary or even tertiary. That being said, any visual representation, I’m sure would be welcome in many cases even if it is not exactly as originally envisioned.

GabrielParticipantShouldn’t this be possible with AI? Although on U-tube circulate some awful haircutting examples. It’s nothing I can do, nevertheless sometimes I like to see things happening, at other moments I enjoy the reading (and let my own imagination free). More experienced aficionados could do it maybe.

anonymous userModeratorNot video but I have tried to use ai to make images to along with a story. I found that it can do a good job of making images but really struggles if you want it to do anything very specific. I think if you are wanting to use ai to make something with ai your better off trying to sculpt the script around what it does and doesn’t give you then force it to follow something very closely.
I have had similar thoughts when thinking about turning some of my stuff into audio stories about whether it needs to be written more like a screen play. But I don’t really have time to do that either way.
