AB
ParticipantJust saw this “story,” posted earlier today. AFAIK nothing on HSN is password protected, so I suspect that this person is trying to get user passwords. (I entered a password that isn’t remotely close to my password to see what would happen and I didn’t get an error saying my password was wrong, which just strengthens my suspicion.)

KeymasterHi AB, thanks for the heads up, Author’s can actually password protect their stories although I think this is the first time anyone’s done it. Probably best not to have it on the homepage if it’s like that though, I’ll look into it.

InactiveCheck out Waynebill’s latest effort today 5/14/21 … “My wife wants a kid”.
Not the story …
The comment posted by myself, and Waynebill’s response.
This is what HSN has to deal with, or not. This is what Waynebill and a few select other contributors are purposely doing to this site. And here I thought it was all about a certain percentage of contributors who just didn’t know the most basic things necessary to be able to write any semblance of what could possibly be considered a decent story. As it turns out, I couldn’t have been more wrong.
Wow! I truly did not see that coming!

InactiveFollow up to Waynebill and “My wife wants a kid” story …
Shorty after Waynebill read and responded to my comments, he posted a second ‘short’ story. To remind you … his response was “I do this for shits and giggles.” Right. So, the second story is entitled “A weird night of pleasure.”
Please remember his response, “I do this for shits and giggles,” before reading “A weird night of pleasure.”
After my direct exchange with Waynebill yesterday, and reading his first story (with his reply/explanation of why he submits his writings to HSN) and then reading his second story … I truly have nothing else to say, or add, to this sad situation.
Except, I will immediately stop posting comments to ‘the Forum’, as well as to any contributors on the HSN site. Over the past few weeks, I have truly tried to be part of the solution. From this point forward … the less I say, the less the chance that I might eventually become part of the problem. And, I don’t want that to happen.
Sincerely,
