Story number limits

Sorry, I’ve been snowed under with life things. I hear what you’re saying and will look to implement something along the lines of what’s been suggested soon.

OK, so I’ve implemented a limit of 3 stories appearing on the homepage for any single author. This could be tweaked in the future and I’ve also added a toggle for those people who want to see everything.

Let me know your thoughts!

So if someone uploads many stories at once only three of them will ever be visible without an author search?

No, it’s purely for the latest stories list on the homepage, this can also be bypassed with the switch I’ve added.

They are visible on the author page, “All Stories” page, search and category pages.

I had no idea that it would be possible to let people post as many stories as they want, but keep the number on the main feed limited, it’s a rather perfect solution.

Makes me a bit tempted to make other suggestions that I have been holding back because I thought they might be difficult, impossible, or just time consuming to implement.
