Ella had believed it was a stroke of luck when the call came earlier that week. A calm, polished voice informed her that she’d won a complimentary luxury spa and hair makeover. She didn’t hesitate. After the whirlwind of corporate meetings and high-stakes merger talks, the idea of being pampered—without spending a dime—felt like exactly what she needed.
The salon looked just as upscale as she’d imagined: sleek interiors, hushed ambiance, and the subtle scent of essential oils in the air. Everything about it told her she was in capable hands.
She didn’t begin to doubt anything until she was guided into a private room at the back. The chair waiting for her was large and industrial-looking, complete with metallic footrests and chrome handles.
Do luxury salons usually use chairs like this? she wondered.
But before that unease could fully take hold, it transformed into raw panic.
“What the hell is this?” she shouted, but her words came too late. The woman beside her moved fast, pinning Ella down and securing her arms with straps before she could fight back. Her legs were bound next, locking her in place.
The woman finally spoke. “Welcome, Ella.” She removed her mask slowly, eyes gleaming. “I wasn’t sure you’d be foolish enough to take the bait, but knowing your appetite for things you never deserved… well, it wasn’t hard to guess.”
Ella’s breath caught.
“Chiara…”
“Expecting someone else?” Chiara asked with a smile, calm as ever. Once, they’d been inseparable—until Ella made the kind of choice that burned bridges for good. And worst of all, she never lost sleep over it.
“You’d better let me out of this chair right now, or I swear I’ll have your bony ass sued for unlawful confinement,” Ella spat, her voice sharp and feral.
Chiara let out a low, unimpressed sigh. “So predictable.” She turned her head slightly. “Sean, are we good to start?”
Ella’s gaze snapped to the mirror in front of her as a man entered the room. He moved with a quiet confidence. Tall, broad-shouldered, wearing black jeans and a fitted t-shirt. He wasn’t conventionally polished, but there was a danger to him—raw, effortless, and deliberate.
“This is Sean,” Chiara said, her voice almost chirpy. “A very talented hairstylist I met at a bar the same night you decided to crawl into bed with my fiancé.”
Ella let out a mocking laugh. “Please. If you think it only started a month ago, you’re seriously delusional.”
Chiara’s smile didn’t waver. In fact, it softened with something colder. “Let’s see if you’re still this smug when we’re finished with you.”
“If you lay one finger on my hair,” Ella warned, her voice low and lethal, “you’ll regret it.”
Chiara knew Ella better than anyone—her habits, her tells, her pressure points. That kind of intimacy didn’t just disappear, even after betrayal. Ever since she discovered the affair with her fiancé, Maddox, she’d planned for this moment with precision.
“Fine,” Chiara said coolly, “then maybe I’ll pay—with the money you stashed in that neat little offshore account in the Caymans. I bet the IRS would just love to review those wire transfers.”
Ella’s face went pale. Her bravado flickered.
“What the hell are you even talking about?” she shot back, forcing a shaky scoff.
Chiara leaned in and traced a slow finger along her jawline, her tone almost fond. “Oh, Ella. You must’ve forgotten—we used to be best friends. And back in those wine-soaked nights, you told me things. More than you should’ve. Sleeping with Maddox was just the cherry on top.”
She reached for a folder sitting on the nearby counter, flipping it open with theatrical flair. “So here’s how this works. Either you stay in that chair and let Sean do what he came to do, or these documents get sent—anonymously, of course—to all the right people. Your firm. The press. Maybe even the Feds.”
Then she glanced at Sean. “If she gives you trouble, just say the word.”
Ella froze. Panic curled in her stomach. Hair could grow back. But financial fraud? That could destroy everything—her job, her carefully curated public image, even her freedom.
“Wait. Please, just… hold on,” she stammered, desperation finally cracking through. “Chiara, I get that you’re angry, but don’t be rash. Maddox wasn’t exactly loyal to you either. He was screwing around behind your back with plenty of women.”
Chiara tilted her head slightly, her smile brittle. “Maybe. But those women weren’t my best friends.”
“I’m sorry. What I did was wrong,” Ella said, voice trembling as she struggled to sound sincere. “Please… I’ll do anything to fix this. Just let me go.”
Chiara didn’t respond. She simply stood there, watching Ella unravel, her silence more terrifying than any outburst.
Sean cleared his throat. “You’re not getting cold feet, are you?” he asked, eyeing Chiara.
For a second, she gave a thoughtful nod. And in that split-second, hope sparked in Ella’s chest—maybe she had managed to shift something, to reach her.
But then Chiara spoke.
“I have changed my mind,” she said softly, eyes still on Ella. Then she turned to Sean. “Remember that second option you suggested? The one I said was too much, even for me?”
Sean’s grin was slow and wicked. “Didn’t think you’d go that far.”
“I’m going further,” Chiara replied.
“No. Please—Chiara, don’t do this,” Ella begged, panic rising in her throat. “Just give me a chance—”
“Why should I?”
“The money!” Ella blurted. “I’ll split it with you. Whatever you want, just… say it.”
Chiara stepped behind the chair, meeting Ella’s eyes through the mirror. Her voice was calm, almost amused. “Oh, you do owe me. And I’m here to collect my pound of flesh.”
She moved aside, arms crossed, her expression unreadable. Then she nodded at Sean.
“Let’s begin.”
No matter how much Ella thrashed in her chair, the restraints held her in place. It was already decided beforehand that she would not be caped. Chiara wanted her to feel every severed strand of her precious locks tumbling down her body to the floor.
So he proceeded to release her hair, raking the strands with his fingers, and none too gently, and then started to braid the length. Once done, he picked up the shears, brandishing the tool in Ella’s face before tugging her braid taut.
“No, no, please…c’mon, we can come to an understanding,” she tried one last time.
The sound came first—the low, grinding churn of the shears biting down. Then the sharp tug at the nape of her neck as the blades began working through the thick rope of her braid. Ella froze, her breath caught somewhere between a gasp and a sob, eyes locked on her reflection.
She could feel the metal—cold, unforgiving—pressing against her neck as it gnawed through the strands. The slow resistance dragged out the moment, turning every second into a humiliation she couldn’t look away from. She sat there, paralyzed, as pieces of herself began to fall.
“Now, that is quite a length I have seen,” Sean smiled, holding it up like a trophy. He turned to his victim in the chair, ordering, “Open your mouth.”
Ella complied, parting her lips.
Sean forced the braid into her mouth, commanding, “Bite it down, now!”
Having no other choice, Ella complied, but squeezed her eyes shut too because the disgraceful reflection of herself, her mouth stuffed with her own severed braid, was too much to bear.
“You will hold it until we are done with you. And if you drop it, well…you will be punished,” Sean instructed, fisting her hair to make sure he had his attention.
Sitting a little farther away, Chiara smiled and added, “And if I were you, I would not dream of it. Go on, Sean.”
The barber picked up the shears and comb again and this time went straight for the uneven remnants of her hair in an uneven shape. Tufts of blonde hair flew, drifting down her shoulders like ash, some catching in the dip of her cleavage. And now, with each snip, the weight of it sank in. She wasn’t just being stripped of her hair—she was being stripped of control.
Ella watched as the barber inserted the comb into the sides, chopping off the length to reveal her ears. He was cutting it short, leaving not less than a couple of inches of hair all over like some choppy back-to-school haircut.
“You should thank me, Ella,” Chiara interjected amidst the incessant schink of scissors. “I mean, all those expensive shampoos, treatments, hair masks…you will be saving tons of money.”
It felt like an eternity later when the barber stopped, and the reflection staring back at her was harrowing. It was one of the ugliest forms of a choppy pixie, something that did not look flattering on her features. And Ella was already mourning the loss of her pretty layered long hair.
Little did she know that her ordeal had not even started yet.
A loud buzz jolted her in the chair, and she made the mistake of screaming, resulting in the fall of the braid between her teeth.
Sean turned around with a smile, and Chiara almost cheered.
“Uh, oh. Looks like someone wants to be punished,” Sean teased.
“Please,” Ella looked frantically from her former best friend to the barber. “You have done enough damage. This is enough, and I already look ugly. What more do you want?”
“Are you afraid?” Chiara taunted. “Well, you should be. These machines are so brutal, so precise…isn’t it, Sean?”
Sean nodded. “The infamous Wahl 0000 blades.” With that, he approached her chair before Chiara stopped him.
“Wait! I remember how you love surprises, Ella!” she smiled and then instructed him, “Turn her away from the chair, Sean. Let’s give her a surprise.”
Sean swiveled her chair around until Ella was facing the bare wall. The loud whirr of the clippers almost drowned her cries as a firm hand pushed her head down. The first touch of the vibrating metal over her neck was so odd and so titillating, Ella was torn between her submission and revulsion. Not in her wildest nightmares had she imagined being shaved bald by a barber, tied to the chair, and forced to watch the annihilation of her treasure tresses.
Path by path, the clippers mowed her hair up to the crown, leaving a stark white skin behind. Once the back was denuded, the barber maneuvered her head to the side and shaved her hair far above the temples until the top was the only remaining length to be considered.
Sean turned off the clippers and inspected his work, wrenching her head one side and then another, rubbing the prickly skin, and slapped the back.
Chiara laughed. “Ideally, I wanted your head shaved bald, you know. Your goblin ears exposed, and even those expensive diamond studs could not hide the ugliness, but Sean here had a different idea. Now, I know why his idea was better than mine.”
Ella tilted her head away as if she could avoid the whole situation.
The barber sprayed and dampened the wide strip of hair on top, lifted the scissors next, snipping and shaping. He had a specific style in mind, unconventional and far more shameful than a shaved head that Ella could think of.
“What do you think of it so far, Chiara?” he asked, putting down his tool. “Good enough?”
A slow, satisfying smile spread over her lips. “Oh, I can’t wait to click a picture and send it to Maddox.”
Sean, then, put on his rubber gloves and smeared a cream over the scanty hair on top. Ella had no idea what the next step meant, and at this moment, after relentless pleadings, she resigned to her fate. The least she could do was not give them the satisfaction that she was actually slightly and oddly aroused to be humiliated.
The cream was washed off sometime later, followed by a hot towel pressed over her bald skin. She winced a bit, even when a generous lather covered her back and the sides. The straight razor was next, scraping every trace of hair from the back and sides, until the harsh line separating the top remained. Sean noticed how she squirmed in the chair every time the blade scraped over her scalp, how her nipple pebbled underneath the silk of her dress, and he knew exactly what she was feeling.
He knew humiliation could always be a kink, given the right candidate.
Sean had seen countless women’s desire to get a short haircut, how skeptical and anxious they are in the chair, how desperately they want someone else to take control of their precious locks, and yet mourn the loss at every snip. And Ella was exactly one of those women.
He leaned down, whispering in her ear. “Bet you wish I could use on the thatch between your legs.”
Ella bit her lips and stayed silent, and Sean deliberately shaved her twice more, until her scalp was shining.
“And, we are done,” he announced.
Chiara’s jaw dropped. “Holy Shit! Turn the chair, Sean, and let her see the new and improved Ella Parker.”
“Are you ready?” Sean asked. “Well, never mind.”
Ella was devastated. The haircut was an abomination, with her head shaved all over except for a two-inch strip of hair running from her forehead to her crown. He kept a little length to spike the top. But the sharp contrast between the hair and the shaved skin made her look like a clown. And if the mohawk was not embarrassing enough, her hair was dyed a shocking pink color.
“I look like a bloody freak!” Ella screamed, with streaks of mascara-stained tears running down her cheeks. “What have you done to me?”
“You have also earned a punishment,” Sean reminded her.
Before she could move, he gripped her jaw with one hand and brought the electric shaver to her face with the other. In one slow and precise swipe, he obliterated her eyebrow, followed by the next, and switched off the shaver.
“Now, you look like a proper freak,” he said with smug satisfaction.
Ella refused to face the mirror, but Chiara wasn’t about to let her off that easily. The moment she was unbound, Chiara dragged her to the glass and forced her to look.
“This is what happens when you act like a bitch in heat. You get fucked.”
Ella was handed a broom and ordered, “Now, start sweeping your mess and make sure the place is sparkling.”
The floor was strewn with her once-precious blond hair, and with great pain and disgrace, she gathered it all and bagged it. At one point, they even asked her to take off her dress, as snippets of hair clung onto it, and Ella broomed the floor in her matching bra and panties.
At last, she was allowed to dress and leave, her humiliation being complete.

Thanks for this incredible story ! I’ve read your stories for quite some time now and you’re one of my favourite authors on this website.
If I may suggest an idea : a student with a terrible behaviour and with terrible grades. Her parents would be desperate and would engage a special teacher who would give her special punishments, including haircuts which could evolve depending on what she would do (or not do).
