FlattoppedParticipantI’ve saved the six endings in my drafts if you can help me combine the into one with links. Is it just a matter of clicking on the code tab in the story and using that link feature or do you have to know specific coding language?

FlattoppedParticipantI wound up breaking each branch of my choose your own adventure story into separate files and adding them to Google Docs with links, but I suspect site users would feel safer if it were all contained in one document. I’d love to learn how to do it if it is fairly straightforward.
Thanks Ginger.
FlattoppedParticipant100% my imagination on my stories, though I’m toying with AI images in my current story. I was always criticized by teachers growing up for being too succinct. That is still true today and AI could fill in details, but I’m just not feeling the need to go there yet. My occasional grammar error is the downside of not even using AI to proofread read it.
FlattoppedParticipantI’ll add my two cents. I agree that certain authors are overposting, and relegating good content to page two faster and faster each day. I have tried reading some of the stories and don’t make it to the end.
I write stories more for me than anyone one else. I enjoy sharing them, but the real “joy” is in putting my thoughts in writing. What motivates Joy? Is it the writing or that they think people enjoy these poorly written stories? If Joy is writing for themselves then perhaps they could use the site as a repository for their stories but keep them all in draft form. If Joy is writing these stories because they think we enjoy them then we need to let Joy know that we don’t, but in a respectful way that won’t discourage them from trying to do better.
